Shipping Charges, Deliveries & Returns
Shipping Charges: We normally charge only half the shipping cost to all our customers. Shipping is currently FREE, however, if your order is over Rs. 1499.
Delivery: Our shipping partners cover 99% of all major cities in Pakistan while offering ‘Cash on Delivery’ services. Our aim is to get your products to you within 5-6 business days (international) and 2-3 working days (in Pakistan). If for whatever reason your parcels are getting grossly delayed (>4-5 business days), feel free to shoot us an email on the store email ID and we will be sure to send out as detailed information as possible and assist you immediately.
All orders are confirmed via Whatsapp &/or by calling the customer directly. Thus it is requested that you please provide us with working numbers that we can contact you on for order confirmation & where the courier handler can also call at the time of delivery.
International customers may write to us on email@example.com regarding delivery information.
Exchanges/Returns: Ordered a wrong product and want to exchange or return it? No worries, cause we’ve got your back. We offer easy 31 days easy exchanges.
You simply have to inform us via phonecall or email & ship us back your product via a registered courier TO OUR WAREHOUSE (address shall be communicated over e-mail). We will then inspect the product and send you back a replacement / new product immediately. In the rare instance that you aren't fully satisfied with our product or service, we will also reimburse you fully for the price of the product, less a small administration fee (<5% of total product value). It normally takes 3-5 business days for the credit to appear in your bank account.

Please note that all returns/exchanges are subject to inspection- all articles sent back must be unworn, unwashed, and have their tags intact.
For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns of jewelry items, swimming gear, and underwear. Happy Shopping!
